Sead Lejlic is the developer and head behind Konus Audio in Croatia, founded in 1997. After three years of intensive development, the first in-house components were offered in 2016. Before and continues to be, Sead Lejlic is the distributor for other fantastic brands. Konus Audio components are unique in function and design. Minimalism is pure here, but this is also part of the concept. The reduction to WHAT it's all about, music.

The Konus Audio Vinyle 3000MC is an uncompromising dual mono phono preamp with very precise RIAA equalization that offers the best performance for moving coil pickups.

When developing the Konus Audio Vinyle 3000MC, we already had the reference standard of our Konus Audio Vinyle 1000MC as something that needed to be taken to a new dimension for this project to be a success. Everyone familiar with the 1000MC thought we were completing an impossible mission, but by reworking the smallest design details and rethinking even the most obvious, axiomatic design aspects, we succeeded in creating a phono preamp that is truly a worthy companion to the Fuuga pickup and other phono pickups in the Non-Plus Ultra category.

The Konus Audio Vinyle 3000MC is a completely handmade product using only high-quality components and high-end hardware.

Konus Audio Vinyle 3000MC extracts the current signal from the pickup by short-circuiting the pickup coils to zero ohms. This current is then amplified into a voltage at line level. By using current amplification and extracting the current signal, the pickup's magnetic distortion is significantly reduced, which means that linearity is improved across the entire frequency range. As a result, the Konus Audio Vinyle 3000MC is able to amplify the original cut signal on vinyl records as precisely as possible, with better sound quality than conventional phono preamps or step-up transformers.

We are always interested in creating the best possible working conditions for the equipment used. In collaboration with CorfaC2, developer Corrado Faccioni, the Konus Audio components can be optimized for another class of performance. We do this using defined calculated PHITON screws for these devices. Another optional recommendation is to use a PhitOn m/NE [PhitOn_resonators] to place on the devices.
