The best grounding system of a music system is of no use if it cannot be perfectly connected to the house. Developing a proper high-end grounding plug became a necessity. Therefore, there is the MMGA grounding plug to connect the star-shaped merged grounding – e.B. via
GroundBox [Ge .2]
– from our
device bases Composant S
or the audio components to the house earth.
But the home grounding also poses a danger to the sound of the music system. The house soil is loaded by the electric field of the current-carrying 230V line. In addition, there are RF disturbances that are on the earth’s potential. Grounding is not a one-way street. By connecting the system to the house, the two are coupled with each other, which can lead to the interference currents also coming from the earth into the system. The previous solution of some grounding utensils in the working area is a 1MOhm resistance in the grounding plugs. Unfortunately, this is not an acceptable solution for the audio area, as this again creates a traffic jam of the potential streams to be dispersed.
The MMGAconnector solves the problem of RF interference through the mineral filter used in our Vividus. Reflowing disturbances are filtered and allow further noise to disappear in the soundscape, which further increases the inner calm of the musical performance.
Our MMGAconnector has a 4mm banana jack, as can be seen in the pictures. For grounding up to eight device bases or audio components, the perfect partner is our GroundBox [Gen .2] . All necessary premium grounding cables are available from us.
With the MMGAconnector, we complete our highly efficient grounding system.
Small tip: The mere plugging MMGA connector into a distribution bar already has a clearly audible effect on the cleanliness of the signal. You don’t even have to connect a grounding cable to do this. The MMGAgrounding plug also develops a passive filter effect on the grounding. Due to the ebony pins, the resonance coupling frequency acts on the current, which has a harmonizing effect.
